 There were many steps in the process where we asked for and received honest, quick information. 

 When we decided to put our home on the market, they were quick to give us insight on the changes we needed to make in order to make it buyer friendly. We used every one of their staging tips, both inside and outside. They both have an eye for what attracts a seller. We were particularly impressed with Alan's eye for construction and finishing detail. We felt that we invested "staging" money in the areas where it did pay off. 

 They were very respectful of our timeline and our family time. When we had showings, we felt well prepared to respond and present a clean, well staged home.  During our closing, it was clear that both agents understood our financial needs and paperwork questions. I felt professionally represented by Alan and Jennifer when we were signing documents. I never felt that there was a document that wasn't clearly explained to us. 

 While we were house hunting, Jennifer and Alan were outstanding. They were so honest with new and current construction choices. Alan was very specific about construction issues in both new and current homes. It was wonderful to have a contractor's point of view when looking at interior and exterior issues. There were many items that were pointed out to us throughout the process. During each home visit, we felt that he had educated us as buyers. 

 In the end, we sold a home in tight housing market and found the right home for our family. Our experience with Jennifer and Alan, from opting to sell our home to moving into a new one took less than four months. Amazingly, we both feel like we have ALWAYS lived here in our new home - yet it's only been a few months. We have a great home, a terrific neighborhood, and fantastic schools. We're so happy. We fit here.

He was very friendly, and a great communicator, either verbal or electronic, and always followed-up on commitments. A great example is this: our home included a geothermal system and when we submitted the rebates with the utility company, they indicated we couldn’t submit the rebate due to a timing issue. I reached out to Alan and he followed-up with the utility and they honored the warranty, and provided us with periodic updates through resolution. What great customer service!
