Alan Kortan has been a licensed contractor in Minnesota for 12 years. After getting started in Minnesota as a framing carpenter, with wife Jennifer Kortan he began a company framing custom homes in the mountains of Colorado. With the birth of their first of four children in 1995, they moved back to Minnesota to be close to family. Arriving back home, Alan then pursued licensure as a General Contractor/ Home Builder. In the fall 2004 won a "Reggie Award of Excellence" (Builders Association of the Twin Cities) . Having gained licensure as Realtors as well, Jennifer and Alan started the iMarket Real Estate Team and are in association with the Keller Williams Realty Integrity NW brokerage of Elk River, MN.

Douglas Weikert, (Jennifer's dad) and his wife Susan have raised their family and are now enjoying their grandchildren (8). Doug is active in his church and works to help others. We like to travel and spend time with family.
